purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. And the shipping cost is on you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must: 
  • Be in the same condition that you received it with original tags.
  • Be unworn or unused, otherwise you are liable for depreciation of the products and may receive a partial refund.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

EU Customers 
You can manage your return or exchange via our Return Portal 
    To return an item:
    1. Visit our return portal to purchase your return label. 
    2. The cost of the label will be shown in the portal and must be covered by the customer.

    Swiss Customers
    For both returns and exchanges:
    • Please ship your items back to our Swiss warehouse at your own expense.
    • Once we receive your returned goods, we’ll process your request — either sending the new product
    or issuing a refund.

    Customers Outside the EU, UK, and Switzerland
    Please contact our support team directly to arrange your return or exchange.

    Note that you have to ship the items by yourself. 


    Damaged or Incorrect Items
    Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact
    us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

    European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
    If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
    The item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
    • With original tags 
    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
    Refunds
    Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. 
    If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
    Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
