14-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges

- The cost of the label will be displayed in the portal.
Returns

UK & SWISS CUSTOMERS
Please ship your items back to our UK or Swiss warehouse at your own expense. Once we receive your returned goods, we’ll process your request — either sending the new product or issuing a refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be:

- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process it.
